How does it work?

Once you have decided to buy a home at Home Farm Park, a reservation is made on the plot of your choice. This will take place directly with us, Home Farm Park.

At no cost to you, up to three local Estate Agents will view your existing property and submit valuation reports to us.

We then make you an offer on your home, based on the submitted reports.

Once accepted, the Solicitors are instructed and the sale and purchase will proceed to exchange of contracts and completion without delay. The agreed price is offset against the price of your lodge.

Once you’ve chosen your home at Home Farm Park, and have accepted a home exchange offer on your existing property, things can move along very quickly. You are not under any obligation or pressure to accept or proceed with any offer.
